Complaint against your social worker, Anne Perry over defamation and illegal entry of false and confidential infirmation into MYCHart. Who is her supervisor? She was smug, condescending and self righteous about her unprofessional actions. Refused even to listen to information about how Ill informed she is and how inappropriate and damaging her actions were (she put into my mothers MyChart account inaccurate, false and highly confidential unproven and defamatory information that had no evidentiary backing, (all to be used by siblings in a later court hearing to destroy my reputation). This woman needs advice from a superior on what is acceptable as a SW. And our phone call only exacerbated the situation as she is a smug know-it-all who wont even entertain fact she was used in a contentious family dispute over care for our fully demented mother. She was used by a Brother who has financially exploited my mother to profit for himself from her monies, living off her 100% for over 6 years now after a 20 year absence b/c he said she was toxic (despite all the money she gave him over the years). He reappeared and moved in after she inherited a large sum of money and b/c he had gone thru. Recent bankruptcy, permanent separation (wife got sick of his never having a job), jobless, homeless (had been living in house his mother in law bought them to live in, and he quit paying mortgage w/o telling wife or mother in. Law, so they kicked him out. So he sued her. Complicated story but he ended up asking to move in with my mother and stayed permanently taking out credit cards on her accounts. And Anne Perry sides with this part of family because she refuse to entertain she may have been had by that same brother and sister. She needs to learn that every story has two sides and to be fair and equitable to both, and that it is INAPPROPRIATE TO PUT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF THIS KIND IN MYCHart. Done to defame to party and blindside them, just as they learn that same family member is tryin fro get control of his mothers money. Shame on her for participating and refusing to listen to other side. She claimed she had no other place to put records. That sounds like a crock to me. I want to speak to her superior and need the contact info.
