Having trouble with app

- - The library no longer affiliates with my local system, can't remove it.
- - The app still shows books from that library during lookups.
I've attempted to remove a library that no longer affiliates with my local one, and despite following directions, I was not able to do so. As a result, the app keeps finding books on my lookup attempts from that library, and therefore wastes my time because I cannot borrow them.
I just want to remove that library system. The instructions refer to three dots that don't appear for me.
