Neglect, Abuse, Discrimination!
- - Care, policy, and management changes at Rainbow Preschool/Daycare.
- - Grandchildren expelled 5/10/2024; injuries to 4-year-old; incidents unreported.
As a result of the obvious favoritism, negligence (on staff's behalf) as well as dishonesty, my grandchildren were kicked out, immediately!
I recently read a review or two from five years ago, on the employees at Over/Under the Rainbow Preschool/ Daycare! Unfortunately there was a major change in the care, policy, and management of this establishment.
My grandchildren were kicked out yesterday (5/10/2024) do to numerous incidents, that caused my 4 yr old grandson to suffer from black eyes, swollen face, to have his chest stepped on, kicked in the nose, punched, pushed.
you get my point! However, too many of these incidents mentioned above, went unreported/unaddressed ( swept under the rug/rainbow, so to speak!)

Preferred solution: Awareness to favoritism neglect unprofessionalism discrimination
