They don't deserve the 1 star
- Customer service was rude and unhelpful; my bank's fraud check rejected the payment, so the order wasn't submitted.
Customer service agents were rude and unhelpful. They refused to place my order due to my bank fraud system rejecting the payment.
I explained numerous times to the agents what was happening and went back and forth with them and my bank. I even asked them to use a different payment card and they claimed they had but the order was never submitted.
Save yourself the hassle and buy American made. Canada can keep their garbage items and their bad attitudes.

- We ordered a vanity through Costco and love it; moved it flush to the walls and added a side splash.

REFUSE TO SUPPLY REPLACEMENT PARTS WHEN STILL MANUFACTURING THEM
- The Doveton 60-inch double sink vanity top is 19 inches wide.
- Replacement tops are not available and a new vanity costs $899.
Talked to customer service at Home Depot and also at OVE and were dismissed and told too bad your vanity top got damaged but we won't help you with a replacement even though we are still manufacturing and selling this specific vanity.
This company chooses to manufacture a Doveton 60" double sink vanity top that is only 19" wide. NO OTHER COMPANY MANUFACTURES A 19" WIDE VANITY TOP.
THEY ARE CURRENTLY STILL MANUFACTURING AND SELLING THIS VANITY AND TOP. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT TOP IF YOUR VANITY TOP GETS DAMAGED. YOU MUST BUY A NEW VANITY TO THE TUNE OF $899 AFTER ALREADY PURCHASING THEIR VANITY AND TOP COMBO. IS THIS INTENTIONAL BY THEM?
THEY JUST LOST OUR REMODEL BUSINESS AND ANY RECOMMENDATIONS TO NEW HOME BUYERS AT OUR REAL ESTATE BUSINESS FOREVER. SAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS !!!

Preferred solution: I want to purchase a replacement vanity top for their odd sized 60" x 19" double sink vanity. There are no other manufacturers of this odd sized vanity top anywhere!

Low water level in bowl makes room sticky and flushing inefficient and incomplete
- The bowl water level is low, not the tank.
- Adding water briefly raises the level, then settles.
- Waste sits above water due to the low level.
The water level in the Ove Hermosa toilet bowl, not the toilet tank is low. Appears to be made that way.
I say that because when I manually slowly added more water to the bowl the level rose slightly and settle back to the normal low level as you could hear water going through the loop down the drain.
Look the bottom line is this.
My number 2s stick out above the water due to the low water level and significantly stick up the room without it being completely cover by water.
I need a resolution! The Ove toilet cost too much money for guests to my home and for me to experience this embarrassment with you Brand.

- It is not safe and will leak.
They have a lot of problems they leak from the seal there are no others seal you cans add try to call te company and they dont have a resolution for this matter dont buying there are not safe it will leak
