Very disappointed in the product due to unable to get replacement tubes and cleaning kits.

lack of service and lack of available products replacements. I can't get cleaning replacement tools and ear protectors. ear tubes are clogged with ear wax and can't be cleaned adequately.

User's recommendation: don't buy.

ear tubes and a cleaning kit x2 for my hearing aids. I haven't been able to clean them and use them since company went out of business with no notice.

I don't know if or when I can get a booster kit. There is no information on when they will reopen. Is there a store that I can get batteries and kit?

Difficulty getting in touch with company.

Looking to replace my Boost hearing aid with a new one but experiencing a great deal of difficulty in having anyone get back to me. Their web site doesnt allow me to fill out order form ( cant put in country USA ) to purchase that way and leaving a phone message also gets no response. Never thought it would be this difficult to make purchase.

Overpricing of accesories

On 10/21/2019 I ordered ( Invoice H259955 ) consisting of left medium tube HD103740 right medium tube HD103741 and a 4 count bag of small open tips . As I ordered this thru Paypal the shipping cost shown was 121.55 for USPS Priority Mail from Minnesota to San Juan Puerto Rico. A complaint was filed and a refund was made; furthermore I received an e-mail from Krista Sharp telling me that they had reduced the mailing cost to $20.00. Now when I received the envelop with the accessories described they all weigh just 2 to 3 ounces, *** if that envelop was just stamped with 3 38cents stamps they would arrive by regular mail in about 5 -6 days saving me some $$. This is not the first time I had problems with Ovation hearing for I sent a pair of Ovation Boost hearing aids for repair still in guarantee and they charged me for the repair furthermore I had pointed out that one of the medium tubes was broken and needed to be replaced . The hearing aids were repaired and delivered back to me but to my surprise they came without the tubes and the tips, needing to order them and having to wait about a week for delivery. I am not trying to get nothing for free from you but I do not tolerate overpricing abuse for again even sending the tubes and the tips in a USPS small box , all together does not reach $10.00 insurance included .

ovation lift hearing aid whistling while on the phone

want to order ovation lift hearing aid. my close friend received his , loves the clarity and loves the aid except when he is on the phone he gets a whistling when the phone is near his ear. he has tried the different settings and nothing helps , is this fixable???

Not pissed off

I bought a set (left & right ears) of Ovation Boost. My right aid was a great improvement-the left, not so much. I had sent my audiogram to the company for custom programing, but the left aid wasn't helping. (my left ear is worse than the right. I called the company and the emailed me a return form. They re-programed the left aid in 2 days and sent it back. Now the left aid is as satisfactory as the right. I think that the customer service was impressive. The aid spent more time in the mail than the repair at their shop. Even though this site is for "pissed-off" customers-sometimes an "atta-boy" is refreshing.

Warranty! not really!

Had the aids for 4 months. Left one quit working so called customer service and was told there is a $60 service fee for warranty repair. Would suppose $60 is about their cost (maybe less) so there is actually no warranty!

OVATION HEARING AIDS..............LOUSY SERVICE,DO NOT REFUND AS PROMISED

i bought a pair of OVATION aids sometime back............they worked fine at first.....was never told I should "build my time" at wearing them. I firmly believed these things caused me an attack of vertigo that landed me in the ER over the week end. Since the marks to denote 'right' or 'left' were very faint........I used a felt tip marker to write 'left' on one of them. Company charged me $60.00 for 'special cleaning' when I returned them. Ink could have been easily removed without "special cleaning"..........tried to get full refund but never happened. Filed a formal complaint with the BBB in their area......to no avail. Just beware of this outfit..............promise one thing......but don't fulfill their promise.

They claim a one year warranty but getting them to admit a device is faulty is extremely difficult. They are customer friendly only up until the time you ask them to live up to their warranty promises.
