Help with account
I was not able to get someone on the phone to help me resolve my issue with my account. I need to speak with someone about my account being charged twice.

Problem
Brain injury I had that I need to talk to you immediately. This is negatively impacting my life and I like out school so I dont want to have to be making negative reviews about it. Get me online with someone immediately.

He only attended one session I did not know you guys was going to keep charging me $40 I really wasnt aware of that

I paid for two weeks of classes and they've been locked. Phone number doesn't work, the help button leads right back to the home page and the email doesn't go anywhere. VERY FRUSTRATED.

I registered my son for emotional intelligent class and he is excited to join class. the enrollment on 11/29 and class start on 12/4/2023 at 4:00 pm.
Since enrollment, I have not received any information by email as said, I tried to contact school several time requesting an access to log in, chat to representative twice. I still have not received any email or text regarding to class. My son and I have canceled many events in order to join class, in the last minutes, we still received none, after class has been started, I received a very first email from your school to guide us how to log in into class.
I think the school system is broken, gave us no contact number to call for help. I decided to have my son withdrew from class and of course we will not intend to participate any other available courses that you offer.

Pay for a class
My oldest daughter was enrolled in a class, then my youngest wanted to join. I would like to pay for the class for my youngest participating last minute.
Can I please get some guidance/help? The class has already been finalized.

Yes the issue is remained, the currency is still euros instead of usd. You have to handle it asap !!!

I Request Laura Hackett remove the classes, which tons of artworks in her Out school page all steal from my original designs.
Preferred solution: Ask Outschool teacher Laura Hackett to remove all her classes. She is a thief, she stolen all my original art designs.
