Yr man came out, connect cable to o/s hse. He connected two points under window inside leaving extra wiring hanging out of hole in outside wall under window.
I said he hadn't connected it up to modem and finished the job. His words were ' It's easy you can do it'. A cat was screaming early morning few days ago now, I went out to find poor cat's claws caught in wiring hanging under outside under window. I need this wiring sorted out or a cover put over them plse.

User's recommendation: Leave talktalk. This prob could have been resopve ages ago by them contacting you when Ifirst made them aware of it. My being ill with covid from late Aug has delayed fixing problem. No worries I am not contagious now. Iwld really appreciate someone coming out to remedy this as Ihave a disability and need my landline to call Dr or hosp in emergency. The wires hanging will attract the foxes and cats as did recently, and I won'tbe able to ring out in emergency.
