Yr man came out, connect cable to o/s hse. He connected two points under window inside leaving extra wiring hanging out of hole in outside wall under window.
I said he hadn't connected it up to modem and finished the job. His words were ' It's easy you can do it'. A cat was screaming early morning few days ago now, I went out to find poor cat's claws caught in wiring hanging under outside under window. I need this wiring sorted out or a cover put over them plse.
Perhaps coincidence but I have just found my laptop as been hacked too. I need to use my landline in emergency as have a disability so wld appreciate problem being resolved asap
