Charging money from this app
I dont know you app , its charged me money every month, and I dont know the app at all . I need to know what kind of device is using and why?

Charger
It was the weekend and I was riding or should I say driving and direct the way I had the charger I have it wrapped around the Velcro just in case someone tries to take it is attached to the Velcro before I attach the front of the Velcro that way no one can steal it, but apparently This particular night I had a bunch of junk young kids, and they tried to pull it in instead of them saying that youre not able to pull it because I have it can you know wrap through the Velcro strap so no one could take it but they pulled on it so hard that they pulled that silver piece out and it was stuck in the tablet along with the cord just hang it so I can fix it. I can do anything about it I called you guys before and Customer Service is Im sorry to say its really bad because I can never get through to anybody , this is the only way and at times I want to go dont have time to do this and wait.
I just need another charger sent to me because this one was broken by a customer and I have been using the little one that I have, but its only not even 2 feet long its just a little charger from something else, but it also has a short shirt in it . Im using talk to text I apologize but and I hope you understand me but yeah this is whats going on and again I hope you guys get a little bit of a customer service and getting back to your employees because its very very hard to get in contact with somebody there your help with this matters greatly appreciate it! Have a great day I look forward to hearing for someone.
Also, I would like to know if this service that Im using is free or are you guys charging me to have this tablet in my car while Im doing over rice please tell needs to be addressed as well because it wont be in charging it was true I was told it was free. Im gonna have to send that back to you so give me a call 732421-**** thank you.
