LAND LORD IS A SNOOP
- Park is quiet.
- Roaches were found and roach motels were in the cabinets.
- Owner entered home without 24-hour notice on Oct 2018.
My complaint is Lake Oologah Mh Park, Claremore, OK
9698 E Hwy 88, Claremore, OK 74017
The park itself is quiet and no drama.
The owner, however, is an issue. When we moved in we found roaches and informed her. She told me I brought them with me. We have never had roaches. And, there were roach motels everywhere in the kitchen cabinets.
But my biggest complaint is that she helps herself to my home anytime she wants. According to the state hud rental laws she has to give 24 hour notice before entering my home. (I worked for hud at one time and keep up on the laws) On the October 18th 2018 this month she shows up and my daughter lets her in. I was bedridden this day due to my illness. This woman walks through my home mumbling crap under her breath and searches my daughter private bedroom and goes in the bathroom. Not one explanation to why she was there. No where in our contract does it say she can do any of that. It says she shows up on the October 25th to change the filter. That’s our 24 hour notice.
Well on the 25th she shows up again while I’m gone, of course. Goes through my whole home and then texts me telling me we are flushing baby wipes down the drain. I’m the only one who uses baby wipes and I don’t even flush toilet paper.
Like the last time she came in my home while I was at one of my doctors appointment she hand wrote me a note telling me not to even smoke vapor pens in my home. The only way to know I had them was to go in my room and see it setting by my bed. I’m a cbd smoker because I’m disabled and have limited mobility. Some days I can’t move at all due to my pain. My home is not filthy. Untidy? Yes. I homeschool an autistic child, and take care of a 4 year old who uses her moms room as a dressing room. The other two adults in the house work 10 and 12 hour days. I do the best I can with what god gave me.
This woman thinks she is above the state hud guidelines for all people who rent. And she’s rude about it. I’m moving because if she comes in my home again without notice there will be a throw down.
