No one even answered the phone it was horrible! Im locked out of my new account because the camera wouldnt load up for the verification and its been two days now and Ive heard nothing , I would love to start doing projects but Im just still here waiting waiting waiting . So I tried to call and speak with someone but I couldnt even talk to anyone because no one picked up .

- I have an up-to-date government ID and am in the USA; I should be allowed to retry.
I was completing the verification process, but it didnt go through because I had to do it quite a number of times. However, I have an up-to-date ID card and Im currently in the USA.
Also, it is a registered government ID card. I dont know why the verification process did not go through smoothly but I believe I should be allowed to do this process again because I have all the correct documentation.
Preferred solution: I would like to be allowed to complete the verification process for an application with outlier. My verification process was terminated because it didn’t go through smoothly, even though I have all the correct documentation.
