Lack of communication, No contact information, terrible customer service
- - Been with OUTFRONT since 2018; billboard down since Nov 4.
- - Old rep returned and is trying to get credit and a new rep; monthly charges continue.
I just had a face to face meeting with an Outfront Sales Rep, 3 days ago. He apologized & said he has been putting out fires with customers with simular stories like mine.
They offered me free copies for the rest of my contract, til September of 2024. They are $150 a copy and do not need to be replced often so not even close to resolved. I was told he would have to speak with supervisors to see if they could offer me monitary value back for my lost time.
I told them I would not be putting back automatic withrawl till this is resolved in a manor that I am not suffering loss. This is all that has progressed
Been with OUTFRONT since 2018, My new Rep is terrible.. My billboard has been down since November 4th, over 3 months.
I have called, email every contact I can find, No one has got back.
They are still taking money out of my account monthly. Finally got my old rep & Said he is trying to get me credit & new rep

I am totally disappointed with this company. I have a very important problem caused by your faulty dangerous billboard destroying my property, and 10 calls and messages and I don't get the respect to returm my call.
Funny, I contacted another billboard company thinking this board was there property and they dealt with it quickly and respectfully to find out it wasn't there problem, but they man up. I'm a disable veteran I will contact legal services through the VA, that will force them to be real business people and man up, I have over 5000 followers we also will make sure this company gets what they deserve

We have not received a single payment for the past year and they are trying to force us into a self renewing contract to keep their rights to the land WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY COMPENSATION! Ridiculous, unprofessional, corporate jerks taking advantage of people.

Biggest scam ever is digital boards
- - They tout digital billboards as great for clients; reviewer calls it a scam.
- - They charge 5-7x; memos show worse results and fake statistics.
Outfront media and its leadership
Jeremy Male, Donald Shassian, Clive Punter, Jodi Senese Andrew Sriubas are touting the move to digital billboards as a "great thing for their clients".
It is NOT it is a scam in fact.
They are now charging in effect 5-7 times what they used to.
Internal memos prove that clients do NOT do as well as they did with the old fashioned boards.
They have pushed and cajoled their salespeople to push and show FAKE statistics to their clients.
This company and their lies and deceit will be exposed very soon as several attorneys have now seen this as a case.

Terrible company liars and cheats
- - Customer paid a large sum for billboards not placed.
- - They claim boards were never installed; refunds not issued; manager cheated clients.
Out front media FKA CBS outdoor are the biggest cons around.
Beware doing business with them.
We paid tens of thousands of Dollars for billboards that they never put up.
It was the most incredible thing.
We were about to launch a new product out of state and they bid for our business.
They lied about everything.
As if that was not bad enough, they actually did not place the billboards.
They sent us "pops" but never placed the boards up, even though we have emails saying yes boards are up.
It turns out that the manager had been cheating almost everyone.
And how did they handle it?
Terribly they didn't give us our money back only "we will place a few boards up to compensate you" and it wasn't even the areas we wanted.
Beware doing business wit this company.
