Ripp off warning
so These guys increase their prices in 2018 and I leave to join another supplier, hear nothing from them until I get a collections letter saying i owe over £1,000, I followed by contacting the ombudsman telling the mi haven't been contacted and cant just be charged estimated bills for over a year for a supply they did not disconnect, they respond by sending me a backdated stack of bills giving it to the ombudsman effectively cheating the system and the ombudsman decided for them, I refused to pay and small claims court case served,
in the middle of covid, to someone who did nothing wrong, and who is vulnerable.
absolute sharks and it seems this isnt the first time this has been done as enough searches ( SEO cant save you forever) show the mountain of negative reviews not only for them but for their shell companies Fischer and foxglove
