No Customer Servuce Response. Bike Racks garbage
Ive had a bike rack that I purchased a year ago. The rack is falling apart & metal welds are breaking off. Emailed them 8 times in the last 4 months for new parts to be sent and no response.

- - No product, no tracking, no support response, and no phone number.
Placed an order for an e-bike rack on June 2, 2026, and my credit card was debited. I still have not received the product, nor was I given a tracking number.
Sent several emails to customer support with no response. No phone number is given. This is a nefarious company, to put it kindly.
Please alert others not to do business. I am contacting officials to shut this business down.
