First off, I really do love Outerknown and their sustainable products; however, I do have issues with their customer service. I needed help with some gift cards.
The account page listed a 'store credit' where I should have been able to add my cards. It did not work. A quick phone call would have fixed everything in minutes. I called customer service and never did get through!
Several days later, an email finally 'fixed' the problem.
Given that they are still working on the store credit tab, it does not work! The whole ordeal was very frustrating.
Preferred solution: Prompt customer service. Not 3 day wait.

Ordered the wrong size and wanted to catch it before it shipped to change to the correct size. Couldn’t get anyone in the phone or even chat to discuss my problem. So the wrong size was shipped.
Because I couldnt contact anyone about my error I need to receive the items then return them for the correct size. That is, if they still have them in stock. Frustrating not being able to talk to customer service, especially as their products are so expensive.

Good morning,
I purchased a womens blanket shirt (my favorite shirt ever) and a womens Sydney boyfriend shirt for my daughter-in-law (which she wants to exchange for a marine striped womens sojourn tee xs). My problem is that I no longer have the return label or receipt (but I do have proof of purchase via my checking account).
I purchased the shirt 10/13/22 while the blanket shirt was on sale. My total for both was $218.26. Im in Reno, NV and my daughter-in-law is in Queen creek, AZ. Please let me know how to proceed.
I am not in any way pissed. I think that is a terrible name for a customer service communication, BTW. It really assumes the worst and misses the mark.
I had to use my sisters email to communicate because I already sent something that I didnt fill out properly. Please respond to dawnaa@***.net

There is no way of reaching a representative by phone. I sent two emails and received no answer.
I ordered a product on December 5th and on December 19th i still haven't received a shipping notice. I am very disappointed and now need to scramble to find a replacement in time for the holidays
Preferred solution: Full refund
