I purchased a headlamp That was supposed to be very bright it was bright but not as bright as I thought it would be they have a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days it took me over 2 weeks to get an address where to send it I finally sent it I have a tracking number I received it a week ago I have not got my rebate I have not had any contact I send them emails and I get back an email that says it is under review I cannot get a person to talk to I have been patient and I am out of patience I have no where else to go so I thought I would complain here to not get anything from them or guarantee means nothing thank you Robert Do not shop there
