Hello. I received a gift for Easter I wore it Easter when I received and then proceeded to wash it last night.
My straps fell apart completely and the item is now unwearable. I was not given a gift receipt by my family member nor do they have one but even at that its completely unacceptable something over 100$ can rip so easily Id like a new one or to be compensated as so.

Hello Outdoor Voices,
I am feeling pretty frustrated and hope you can help. I have a December birthday, which isn't ideal, but the birthday perk I received through Outdoor Voices was exciting.
However, when I try to use my birthday discount as a university student, I am no longer eligible for the OVU discount. So, basically in order to use the birthday discount I actually end up paying MORE for the items I am purchasing than I if I just used my OVU discount. Is there any way you can please help me to use both my birthday discount AND the OVU discount in combination? This would make such a huge difference.
Otherwise, I won't be able to use the birthday perk at all.
Please help! Thank you!

No place to change the number through website!!! Please call me so I can make sure I receive my order that was placed today!!!
