Outdoor Signature

I know how difficulties construction can be and the delays that naturally come with this type ofwork, made worse when it's all done outside in the heat and the rain.... these guys were great the communication was excellent they always did their best and the results were better than I had hoped for which is what they promised and delivered. Highly recommend you visit with them before you decide on anyone else as you will see the difference.

Question those who post anonymously .... really as who in history speaks the truth and hides their identity ??

This company completes hundreds of elaborate projects per year and have thousands of "identifiable" testimonials. Anyone posting nasty reviews online and keep themselves anonymous clearly have an agenda of false and deceptive practices and unfortunately the internet has made it easy for them to post falsehoods without question, verification or facts.

Work took over 6 months to build our pool. They do not show you itemize cost and salesman/owner clay is nice in beginning and rude as *** after the first check.

They are a pain with updates, pain if you make changes and pain to deal with.

The biggest waste of money, ever. Do not, I repeat, do not use them!!!

I just ran across this and I always interesting to see people post comments with no identification. I have built 2 project with Outdoor Signature and like all I have seen from them they are both amazing, elaborate and beautiful and I received no designs even close to what they built.

I would always expect a Maserati to take longer then a ford pinto. Though does anyone remember the year of rain we had in 2015.... or do these people think it doesn't count ? Then I too have a business and find many who have no idea what it takes to own or build anything on their own but are quick to tear down those who do.

Take a look at their web site and find me anything you would expect to be built quickly. Its all beautiful and I highly recommend them for all they do.

If you do business with this company, expect construction to take a LONG time with very little updates along the way.

My swimming pool, spa area has leaked since completion in 2012 and they refuse to fix it. Company has lied in BBB responses, designer has insulted me and my wife and their warranty supervisor isn't competent.

Their secretary in their office even lied to me about equipment warranty because I hadn't sent them any referrals. Seriously??!! So, I called the pool equipment company myself and they gladly came out and repaired and replaced the equipment for free because it was under warranty. When I called the girl back she said she would have been able to help had a referred them to friends and neighbors or if I had let their photographer come by after the completion to take pictures for their website.

They said they would only come out and fix it if I agreed to pay half of the bill? They also said that I made unreasonable requests stating I asked them to tear out all of my coping around my spa in order to detect the leak. I never said that. You should absolutely avoid these guys.

Or, call them and see how rude their designer is that's from Australia and see for yourself.

Absolutely the worst customer service skills of any human being I've ever met.

This company is crazy the owner treats employees like dirt cussed them out doesn't pay them for all their hours and has illegals living at the shop in argyle
