June 2019 purchase the Victoria 5 piece table and chair set there were no chair leveling screws in the bag my response from Walmart is to call better homes and gardens to get the parts I have made several phone calls to better homes and gardens got the runaround was told I would get return phone calls I have never got anything no response from anyone.Walmart said to bring the set back to the store for a refund which was kind of a stupid answer because it's all put together and I love the set and would have to hire somebody with a truck to take it back for me. That is not a good solution

Received the Gazebo box in perfect condition. Opened to find the one support post bent beyond being fixed.
Got the run around from the company for 3 weeks now and still not anywhere with it. Totally beyond frustrated. Always on hold, being told its waiting to be shipped (same status as 3 weeks ago). No one can give proper answers or solutions.
Would strongly recommend people to think twice before ordering from this company. Totally unhappy.
Its not like I can even build the gazebo without it. $1000 gone while I wait for them.

The company is telling us that we are out of luck. Very Very disappointed!
will not recommend this company to anyone. There are too many better options to purchase quality products from.
