Foul smell
My clothes arrived to me with the most disgusting smell, something close to the smell of *** They took forever to respond, i had to email and DM them just to get a response. Only for them to ask me to send the clothes back to get store credit ??? so annoying !!

It's been 16 days and the carrier hasn't received my order. There's no number to call and no responses to my emails. This is ridiculous.

Unresponsive Customer Service
My package never arrived, and I got confirmation from Australia Post that they lost the package and that Outcast clothing would refund or replace my items based on their written confirmation of package-loss. Unfortunately, Outcast will not respond.
I emailed their customer service two weeks ago; Opened a Help Ticket; AND messaged them on their Instagram account. Literally not one response, so I guess I'm just out of luck with the two dresses I purchased

No contact with anyone.
I placed an order through my shop app and it was unfortunately shipped to my old address so I was hoping to contact someone to cancel the order, or at the minimum be able to change the address so I could actually receive the package and then return it. It has been multiple days, I have emailed so many times, and heard nothing back. I want a refund immediately, but cant seem to talk to anyone.
