2 days (10hrs trying every instruction to cancel Outbyte subscription. No success.
- - I signed up for a free driver update service; fees began after 3 months.
- - Two bills in process: $49.95 and $19.95 totaling $63.50; I will dispute.
I signed up for free svc to update drivers 3 months later I am notified of monthly fees for this service. Two bills are in process $49.95 plus $19.95 equals $63.50.
I will not pay. Be advise of a dispute upon receipt of bills and I will be filing a SCAM report there after.

Product terrible. No customer service.
Had to go through my bank to get my money back. Product would not download said incorrect license number. Advised me number belonged to another product even after multiple attempts.

- - Pop-up ads led me to buy antivirus for $21.99.

i had bought a new gaming pc and your ad kept popping up, so I didn’t have an antivirus, so I bought the one for 21.99. I don't know what you guys are using, but it totally messed up my apps and my games.
I also noticed on my bank statement a charge on there for $69.90, which I didn't authorize that charge.
I’ve been trying to speak to someone; I filed a police report and also filed a dispute with my bank, and they can't get a hold of you as well. So please, somebody get back to me so we can fix this.

- - Production computer cannot communicate and is slow.

There has been no contact and the problem has not been rectified and the individual that I worked with all he wanted to do was reset my system to factory reset.This is not loading the Dll I requested but a rookie move to fix a problem by resetting a production system . I would NOT reccomend this product for any application.
