Ordered from them on the 26/9 a product that was in stock. Live 1 1/2 hrs from their depot. Order arrived today 10/10 and only after I complained that we hadnt received it. Would not recommend.

I'm really disappointed with Outback Equipment. My last order took a very long time to process and for the delivery to arrive. On top of that, my request for a refund on an item that hasn't been shipped for 5 weeks is taking a lot of time, and communication with their teams is terrible. I won't be ordering from them again.

Terrible Service, mis-represent products

Update 11/11/22: Outback Equipment refuse to honour the sale. They won't return my money until I return the product, yet I had to pay to receive it...how does that seem fair?

They tried to make me pay another $130 to reserve a unit from Victron to replace the one that they misrepresented, and wanted me to pay more. Terrible service.

I purchased a Victron product online. They took my money up front of course and I heard nothing with regards to shipping. I then followed up 4 days later and received an email saying that it had been shipped but the tracking number didn't show up with any carriers.

I prompted them again and they told me that it had been collected after more than a week. When the product finally arrived it was not the correct item. When I phoned to have the item replaced I was told that I should have read the fine print and that they would accept the return but would not honour the price on the correct item.

I'm still waiting to be contacted by the Customer Service Manager, three days after first lodging the complaint. I will update this post when I have received their final response.

In short, I would not buy from Outback Equipment, there are many better providers.
