I went into Ourisman Mitsubishi in Marlow Heights Maryland after a transmission engine light came on.. The people that were there were not only rude but condescending. To add insult to injury the Vice President of the company called and was apologetic and stated he would have his Service Manager call to resolve my issue. Instead he blatantly stated to me to look at my owner's manual to know when my vehicle is to be serviced. Excusing the behavior of his staff which had no excuse as they had my vehicle twice in service and not recommended the transmission maintenance. I could have lost my car! Then they stated that it was overfilled so as a courtesy they had topped it off. It has been the worst experience in dealing with a service department. While in the waiting area they had a giant piece of human fecal matter that staffers just walked by an laughed. Can you believe this ?

Hi, I am also having a big issue with Ourisman, with their Mitsubishi dealership. I tried contacting multiple people but no one will reply.

You mentioned that the vice president had contacted you. Do you have his number, or know how I can reach him to discuss my problem? Also, I'm really sorry to hear about your trouble as well. We both seemed to of had gotten scammed.
