Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

The initial ease of dealing with this dealership disappears the second you leave the lot with your vehicle. These people are charlatans at best.

You will NOT get the continued customer service one would expect, even for the simplest things, if they think theres a way to wiggle out of it. They will play word games and semantics, and throw every cheap salesman trick in the book at you to not have to honor their $2,000 Platimum Plan or any other promise. For example - its completely logical to them to fix paint chips on the outside of the vehicle prior to applying the ceramic coating, but will not fix a small tear in a seat prior to applying the protective coating to the interior of the vehicle. They will try to convince you that the $2,000 Platinum Plan you paid for will not cover the seats until after the protective coating is applied to the inside, meaning, if it happened prior to, they wont fix itbut they will fix paint chips prior to applying the exterior coating.

NOWHERE in the pamphlet for this $2,000 protection plan does it say coverage begins only after theyve applied the inside/outside coating. They will also try to convince you to drive your vehicle home with missing parts, that they broke, because they dont want to give you a loaner.

They will leave you stranded in the middle of Clarksville, MD without a way home, because the issue THEY created, wasnt considered a major service. Its unbelievable to me that you can spend over $40,000 at this place, pay extra for the so called Ourisman Promise and the Platinum Plan, and still have to play childish word gamesand get told by at least 3 different levels of management, that its perfectly fine to drive $44,000 vehicle of the lot with missing parts.

EdI am letting you know that the text from the day we bought the car with them not wanting to come here will be handed over to the fcc, ecoa, the loan company y'all used for Jason and the numbers times y'all ran it without approval even after being asked to stop. I haveclear proof of disremination.

I was told multiple times a website was going to be sent for me to go t which was not. I have the phone records and text showing that I was suppose to be o the loan and they decided not to come here. I have the text and emails sent about this matter. I have the phone records showing multiple attempts to fix this.

I have the 2 complaints through jeep. When I came in yesterday is was to look at the Northstar which I called about 2 times and have recording of me leaving the voicemails and phone records showing no return call when I was told my tag did not matter which in my eyes means my life does not matter than yes I screamed and yelled at I had the right to express my frustration with your dealership. I will defend my freedom of speech at all cost All I am asking is that you fix my tag or pay off the loan so we can transfer it in my name. The handicap tag I have expired and don't think due to the discrimination on your dealerships part that I should be required to suffer.

Y'all did not know I had that so when you failed to do that it was y'all intention to leave me without a way to get around.

If this is incorrect then please correct the matter within 30 days. I have been patient about this for 5 months and at this point we need to have resolution.

The dealership has nothing to do with your handicap tag if it expired. That is all on you to take care of. And yes, unfortunately freedom of speech allows you to act like an animal, but no one is obligated to help you with anything.

The worst experience

Ten year salesman and his manager didn't know how to order a 2023 **** Scat Pack Challenger with rear seat delete option that costs $1.00. The 1320 Challenger Scat pack is a factory built Drag Race car that is widely known, except for Ourisman personnel at Bowie dealership.

I showed the salesman how to order the car, yet he insisted "we don't sell cars without a rear seat." His manager said the same thing to me; he said we will not sell you a car without a rear seat...go elsewhere. These employees are dumber than dirt.

Both long term employees didn't know their trade. Stay away, this company could care less about customer service, knowledge of options for cars, very discourteous, treated me like I was a dumb person.
