I just want to tell anyone that is planning to go there to buy a car..my advice to you DON'T DON'T DON'T.. it will be the biggest mistake you do in your life... the sales people are very pushy and they will give you a very rude behavior once you say give me a minute to think, and also asking any question is a big NO , they want to sell the car that's all, I went today for an oil change and I told them about a noise I hear from day one and the customer service MANAGER DOUG started yelling telling me how hard his life with dealing with customers and just walked away after that creating a big scene, will never go there again and we will never ever recommend this place for anyone

Ourisman Chantilly Toyota - Car service

I went to Ourisman Chantilly Toyota on 5/21/15 to service my Toyota Corolla (2009 model) and had also requested them to perform annual state inspection on my vehicle. After a few hours of me dropping off my car, I received a phone call from the technician informing me that the front brake needs replacement and the rotors need surfacing.

He gave me a quote of ~$350 and I agreed for him to go ahead and perform the service. Later that evening, when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was given an invoice of $668. Upon questioning about the increment charges, the salesman and his manager finally gave me a discount of 20%. When I got the car, I saw the front bottom plate of the car hanging and touching the ground.

I immediately asked them to fix it and they did it. Next morning, when I drove to work, I noticed the wheel alignment was all messed up. So I called the technician again and he refused to acknowledge anything and said that they have not touched the wheel alignment. So later today afternoon, I went back to the dealership to talk to the manager and inform him of that this has happened only after the service.

I also mentioned to him that my tires were replaced recently and everything was perfectly fine. I also mentioned about the wheel alignment was done recently and everything was perfect until this service. The manager was adamant and demanded to see the receipt, which I don't have anymore and he blamed me that I was trying to get a free service from him. He was extremely unprofessional and when I asked him to test drive my vehicle and check it out himself, he said he had no time.

His name is Doug Price.

I am extremely taken aback by their unprofessionalism and would request the management to take action against these kind of practices. I hope to get my alignment fixed.
