TIve called left voicemails havent gotten a call back. I also emailed them and got nothing back I need to get the paper emailed to me so I can get into my account to see my daughter. Its a court order and I get it free because I dont make enough.

I would like to have a refund immediately for the 99 dollar charge that was made on my card at 3am. I have been charged twice and have never used the app. I want my card taken off this website immediately.
No refunds even if you dont use the app
- Charged for a full year despite not using the app.
- I was told refunds aren't available after one month.
I haven't used the app in a long time but had my card info on there, i got charged for a full year. When i called to explain i dont use the app anymore and didn't realize i was charged for it they said i called too late for a refund (one month) and couldn't be refunded anything.
