Resolved: Never received my order !!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Someone finally sent a response and I received a full refund!
The order had apparently been lost but that still doesn’t excuse the lack of communication. That would have gone a long way…in my book!.
I placed an order on Dec 25, 2025. I have reached out through email 3 or more times and no response as to where my order is!
