SCAM DO NOT BUY!!!!
- Delivery claimed impossible despite a 7-day concierge.
- Marked delivered, but I received nothing.
- Refund promised after many emails but nothing arrived.
First they say it's impossible to deliver, which is absurd cause I have a concierge that is active 7 days per week, then they tell me it was delivered, but I never received anything. Then after dozens of emails they reply they will refund me, after 2 months no such thing has happened. DO NOT TRUST THEM IT'S A SCAM!

Trying to send some merchandise back; they are all still in the original package. I bought these for my husband, and he left me a couple of days ago, so I'm sending back my gifts.

I have an issue with the delivery service you used to deliver my purchases to me. The delivery driver could not find my home, and instead of calling me, he took it back to his company. I called them once I did not get the delivery and told them not to send it back to you, the seller (Ouku), and to send it back to me with an address of 180 White Ln, Vanceburg, KY, 41179. They said they would. Four days later, I called them again and they told me it was sent back to the seller (Ouku). Once you receive the package, please refund all of my money to me; I purchased these clothes somewhere else.
