Verified ReviewerNEED TO GET MY LITERS !!! Customer Svc ZERO HELP !
I had a bunch of liters in my cart, went to get my credit card, then you're sold out! Customer service was no help!
Basically, they told me, 'Oh well, when we're out, we're out!' Seriously! And you keep sending me emails and texts to order, but you're sold out!
Preferred solution: THE LITERS I HAD IN MY CART !! NOW YOURE SOLD OUT !! For DAYS BEEN TRYINH TO REACH SOMEONE ! NOT GOOD !!

The Ouidad Rep was very helpful and patient in assisting me to delete all items in my shopping cart and then begin again using my 500 store credits. THANK YOU!!!

Poor communication
I have been working with Ouidad for over 10 years now. Their customer service has declined considerably. Very disappointed.

I have ordered from Ouidad twice and had terrible customer service experiences both times. The second time the product was a white cream and the first time the product was a clear gel and when I asked if they’d changed the formula they told me to send a bunch of pictures and videos, then I boarded a flight, then they told me to send another video.
I told them I wouldn’t be back for a month and they said I’d be way outside the 30-day window at that point. They similarly gave me the runaround with an issue with my first purchase.
There are clearly manufacturing issues exacerbated by poor customer service. Sucks because I actually was thrilled with the initial product but doesn’t justify supporting this company.
