Do NOT waste your time ordering from this company. They never ship your order and if you email, they don't respond at all until you threaten legal action.
Then the CEO writes whining about "we're just a small company, your email was extremely hurtful, blah blah blah" when the email just alerted the "business" that I hadn't received my order. It then offered to cancel and refund or if I still wanted the razor they would send it. I asked them to send the razor. I then promptly got a refund notice (though the refund hasn't actually come through) stating I didn't complain to Walmart or Amazon.
What?!
Neither of those LEGITIMATE businesses had anything to do with my direct order to Oui Shave. The second email went on to say the company is just the CEO "and a couple of great gals in tow" and further whining rather than an actual response to my inquiry.
