Oui by Yoplait

Starting a couple years ago oui changed something in their lids and now they are impossible to remove with the pull tap. The lids are so stuck to the container that they do not pull up.

I often give up and just poke *** in the middle and peal back. The rim around the container remains securely fastened to the glass container. You use to be able to smoothly remove the foil lid from their glass container but it has been impossible to remove the past few years.

Twice last year (2022) I contacted them and they wrote me off as a nutter. Then closed the complaint.

Even though I was professional abt it. Again refusing to fix a product that has an issue but is an ongoing issue.

I wrote to them again this year (2023) and they just ignored my complaint.

Hello. I would like you to know how much I and many others I've mentioned this to, were intrigued and inspired by the covers that had various slogans on the inside covers.

I don't know how far and wide that

addition went and how long it will last.

By the way, I bought several OUI's-(vanilla is my absolute favorite of any yogurts in the world!) in a Pavillions's supermarket in LA, and low and behold when I was in upstate New York I found those types with Eve's slogans unexpectedly.

In last two or more weeks I have not seen those features any more.

I hope you consider continuing them--it is fun and interesting to see what is underneath your covers. Again Eve Rodsky's sayings/slogans make me want to buy more.

Please let me know or through your public advertising in what locations they are or will be available.

Ive been a fan and loyal consumer of Yoplait ever since General Mills licensed it from France. However, from the custard-style to todays OUI-style, there are ongoing problems with the packaging, and for a premium brand like OUI, at $1.79/unit, Im reconsidering my yogurt brand of choice.

Usually, I purchase (6-8) pots at a time. The last 3 trips to the the grocery store have been spent taking extra time to find the least stickiest overflow of yogurt running down its sides. And, when I get them home, in addition to washing them off, the lids arent affixed properly. This is worrisome because bacteria may get into the mixture.

I have had intestinal distress which I can only trace to the partially opened lids. I favor the Vanilla and Chocolate, and Coffee/Chocolate combo. I tried to find a SKU # or Exp.

Code on these jars, but dont see any. So, Im taking a break from buying more until I hear back from you about these ongoing incidents.

Out of the last 20 plus jars of Oui I have purchased, fully 1/3 of them didnt have the foil sealed on fully. This is concerning from a health aspect and I just wanted to bring it to you attention.

I go to various stores and always encounter this orobkem. Of the 8 jars I purchased tonight (even after trying to make sure they were fully sealed),3 jars had the seal broken when i put them in the fridge. I love Oui yogurt, but may have to stop purchasing ifthis cant be revolved.

Would it be possible to put the foil lid on, then a plastic lid so that the foil is protected and one doesn't have to purchase the plastic lids? Just a thought.
