18 watt replacement bulb won't click in

Replacement bulb won't click in. The 18 watt replacement tube is slightly different.

Tech support says to call for instructions on how to replace the bulb. Great, no answer when called

Zero customer service

I bought a desktop lamp 3 months ago. It now flickers on all 3 color modes and all intensity settings.

Both of their customer service phone numbers (800 and local number) only play a recording. No one answers and there is no ability to leave a voice-mail message. I sent an email to the address published on their website. It was automatically rejected as undeliverable.

Looks like they have either given up on providing any level of service, or they are terminally inept.

Too bad. I actually liked the lamp.

Can't fit the light in the pole

Can't fit the light into the stand. I even returned it to the store and exchanged it for another and the same thing happened.I paid alot of money for it not to be functional. Please contact me and let me know you got this message and what to do about it.

Zero Customer Service. CANNOT take bulb out of get assistance from Ott-lite. DO NOT BUY these products.

Customers MUST have verbal, on the telephone, Customer Service. I cannot get the light bulb out of my Ott-Lite and there is zero help from Ott-Lite.

The Ott-Lite video to remove the bulb, is a lie. DO NOT BUY these products.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I once again contacted Karin (karinc@***.com) at Ottlite, informing her I was going to contact the Florida Attorney General.

She then managed to get through to the staff and a new lamp was sent to me. 800 number doesn't work, and email on Ottlite website isn't monitored.

After six or seven weeks, I still can't work on my needlework, the specific reason I purchased this product.

Custserv@***.com does not respond at all. In fact, I'd have never gotten through to talk to anyone, except for the fact that I looked up the CEO on Google and contacted him via LinkedIn.

I now have a phone # for customer service, but the automatic responses thank you for your patience, and your issue will be resolved on a first in/first out basis.

The woman I spoke to informed me there are exactly TWO people to handle *all* sales *and* customer service inquiries in the US and Canada: the same two people handle both departments. A new bulb did not solve the problem, I contacted "Marcy" three weeks ago, but all I'm hearing are crickets
