My studio had a teem meeting yesterday that I missed due to my sons birthday celebrations. I received 2 texts, one from an instructor, one from a lead instructor (boss) about the notes I had taken of the meeting using OtterAI, and SENT TO THE ENTIRE STAFF! One boss sent me a screen shot of the email that OTTER AI apparently attended the meeting I missed, summarized the meeting, THEN WROTE AN EMAIL IN MY NAME... signed by me and all...

Then SENT IT IN MY NAME USING MY EMAIL to the whole group!!!

IVE BEEN HACKED BY OTTER! STOP IT NOOOOOW!!RUN

Obtuse and unresponsive to customer needs

Otter AI has zero customer support. I have retired from work because I'd a serious illness.

I no longer want Otter ai and I didn't want to re-up my subscription. I just want a refund for a subscription I didn't want and won't use.

Instead, I'm stuck in a Kafka-esque back and forth with a bot. Im reporting them to my credit card company so they cant keep leeching.
