Terrible return policy

I have just had the worst customer service experience ever. I have been an OWC customer for more than 25 years!

On June 20, I received a product ordered on May 28 (online reference L675****-Q1206). It turned out to be the wrong product. I asked for a refund for $10. Instead of apologizing for the horrendously long delivery time, 'Roseanne' (probably not her real name) said she would not return my $10 because it was against OWC policy - even though she agreed that I have had the product only since June 20.

This is beyond stupid to refuse someone who has been a loyal customer and who has endured a shipping delay from May 28 to June 20. Is OWC really that stupid?

Do they really want to lose me over $10? I look forward to hearing from someone with some common sense!
