6 weeks, still no spa cover

I too order from Samatha on 12/3/08. I was told that I would receive my cover within 6 weeks. Called 2 weeks ago to check on my order, voice mail box is full and you can not leave a message. I've called M-F every day for a couple of weeks now. What did these people do? Go belly up? I'm calling my credit card company to dispute this charge. Hopeully I'll be able to get my money back. I agree with the other consumers, this company is fraud! Buyers beware of the craigs list advertisement.

I ordered a hot tub cover 9 weeks ago found the ad on craigs list promised 2 weekdelivery .Samantha Somers" from spablanket.com took $200 from my account the phone mail box at there company is full and has been for 2 weeks left 4 messages and sent 3 emails no responce these people are frauds beware of craigslist ads for hot tub covers . this company may be rumming under different names.37596 Us Highway 19 N # 16, Palm Harbor, FL 34684-**** is the adress of this hot tub cover company (727) 942-**** is the phone number beware Clayton Wrinn is listed as the owner

Problem with Otama Industries and www.spablanket.com

I ordered by email on Sat 4/12/2008 9:12 AM a 92" square hot tub cover. The email that I used to place the order is shown below. Shortly after, I entered payment for the cover in PayPal. On or about 4/22/2008, I received the cover. My son attempted to put the cover on the hot tub, and discovered the cover was 82" square. I immediately called and emailed the company. I finally got in touch with her, and she said she would check on it and call me back. She did not call. I called and emailed NUMEROUS times, and finally entered an email on their website. They finally responded, and said it was my fault because I had ordered an 82" cover. I have the email documentation showing that I ordered a 92" cover, and Ms. Amato should also have the email. The company refused to send a new cover unless I agreed to return the old cover and pay shipping AGAIN for the new cover. Unacceptable!
