Defective product
Absolutely no customer support;their phone number does not work, their customer service never replies to any sent emails or messages of any type. Their customer service is all the façade which renders this company very much like a complete scam.

Product smelled of a disinfectant Hawaiian Punch smell. Company states there should be no smell. Told me to return to amazon.
