My OSN account has been cancelled and i am to login but is not able even after inserting my Smsrt Card number system does not allow me to proceed

I've been subscribed to osn via Vodafone Red since April 2023 and till now can't use the service due to a technical problem fro OSN side as per what I was told from Vodafone Egypt, I subscribe and they tell me your username and password will be sent and nothing is sent I've been trying for a long time and till now nothing.
Please help
