Please review this complain, I already cancelled this auto charged facility, why you charged me for the same, please check, today only, I have been charged 39.99 AED,

My OSN account has been cancelled and i am to login but is not able even after inserting my Smsrt Card number system does not allow me to proceed
I need to reinstate my OSN account to be able to change my payment details through changing the credit card details .

I've been subscribed to osn via Vodafone Red since April 2023 and till now can't use the service due to a technical problem fro OSN side as per what I was told from Vodafone Egypt, I subscribe and they tell me your username and password will be sent and nothing is sent I've been trying for a long time and till now nothing.
Please help
