Cancel your order at the source and don’t pay the higher then advertise amount.
In-store advertised price not honored even after I mentioned it to the staff they simply said the price has increased. No response from customer service.

I placed an order with Osmows on October 15,with the intention it will be ready for pickup at 9. When I went in, my order was told would be ready 2-3 hours later and I ended up not receiving my food.

Poor service
- Staff in the kitchen were discourteous, and there was a long lineup.
- Friends bypassed the line to order; I waited 15-20 minutes.
The staff working in the kitchen are discourteous. I visited the store, there was a huge lineup.
I waited for my turn to order. But I noticed that staff had their friends come to the store to order food. They didn't stand in line; they ordered it directly with the help of their friends and paid for it. When I inquired about this incident, staff members told me I could complain to the office.
This is not the way to do business.
Customers standing in line for 15-20 minutes are not fools. I visited your store at 347 Dalhousie Street, Ottawa on the 9th of September 2023

Are you aware you can't order on-line for your new store in Port Elgin ON. I have kept checking for the last couple of weeks. Seems like you are missing out on a lot of orders.

Very bad customer service and poor quality of food
- Aggressive staff have allegedly fought customers over questions about food.
- Prior reviews show ongoing problems with no fixes; avoid this location.
They are so aggressive if you question about their food, they even start physical fight with you. Bunch of idiots running this place. And I read previous and old reviews with similar problems and still they didn't fixed anything.
Very uncultured behaviour.
Please avoid this location.

I had placed my order at Stouffville location, for checking on rock to be picked up at 8:45, when I got there my order wasnt ready and the staff was very rude and didnt get my food

- Ordered a super sized Chicken Shawarma and found a 1.5 inch sharp bone after two bites.
- Says the food is dangerous and wants legal action.
I ordered a super sized Chicken Shawarma and I get home tak 2 bites and feel a sharp pain on my tongue, it was a huge 1.5 inch Sharp Chicken bone .
Dangerous food , if my son were to have eaten thos we would be in hospital.
I am so Terrified and angry at this place !!
