Faulty product

Purchased Osim U Love 3 delivered on 20th Jul. 2023 from Osim in Kinta Jaya Ipoh. Order no AA8808****. Chair unable to perform Tension test and does not perform auto massage. Error 21 appeared. Called customer service center , the CS is not helpful and rude.

OSIM broken massage chair - uDream Bronze (RE: Order# ABA409****, SN8208T-3404-10****)

To whom it may concern, Re: Broken massage chair I wrote this letter is to make an official complaint to OSIM officially regarding to the poor quality of a uDream Pro Well-Being Chair. We have experienced an extremely poor after sales services and maintenance support we ever had! This is totally could not be accepted and I am now seeking for a new replacement or refund. On Jun 06, 2022, I bought a brand new massage chair at OSIM showroom located at ONE UTAMA Shopping Centre, Bandar Utama, Malaysia. The chair was delivered to my home on Jun 25, 2022. Model: uDream Pro Well-Being Chair (Bronze) Order#: ABA409**** SN#: SN8208T-3404-10**** Salesman: S6061 Alvin (ONE UTAMA Shopping Centrex) Warranty: 2 yrs Unfortunately your product has not performed well because the chair is defective, both arm airbags are not functioning at all from Day 1. I am really disappointed because I have spent >$20k for a defective chair in which I planned to spoil my parents with your high premiums product but end up my parents has NO chair to use for > 2 mths! 1st escalation was made to Salesman Alvin in Aug. As of today, we are still awaiting for an update on the chair after many back and forth communications via phones/whatapps with your company! Chair was delivered on 6/25 Sat and old chair was collected on the same day. In mid August, when we first learned of this defect, we called Alvin to indicate the defect to him and asked for repair. He replied that he has already informed customer service to handle this and the corresponding staff will contact us in a short period of time. There was no response at all after 2 weeks so 2nd complaint was sent again. We were being told that your company will send a technician to take a look and repair the chair soon. After 2 weeks time again in mid Sep, finally OSIM sent someone came over but no technician came. At the end of the day, they said they need to collect it back for repair! As of today, after > 2 mths time, we still havent received a solid feedback eventhough OSIM keep committing that they will sending the chair back soon! I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

Cost more then $7,000 but only offer 12 months warranty

This is the company should be shame of themselves, the products they sell is twice if not three times more expensive than other massage chair on the Australia market of which is average $7,000 to $14,000 per chair, but they only offer 12 months warranty toward to their product, therefor you have to prepare for all the money that you spent is going to the bin after 12 months. Don't be fool by the fancy out look or expensive price tag from those massage chair, their warranty tell you that it only last for 12 months and don't expect too much from company will take any lightly to you when obviously is faulty product they still charge you more than $1,400 to get it fix and only guarantee to replace part for 60 days. Staffs in the Head Office can't communicate at all, it was worse than automate answering system even you are talking to real people.

User's recommendation: Don't buy any products from this company , you have much better choice to spend your hard earn money instead of this money pit, a lot of Massage Chair company offer 3 to 5 year for the parts and lifetime for their frame. You "will" regret it after 12 months you bought it, that I can guarantee for life.
