Can't get to order page

Because of language barrier, I had to spell everything like A as in apple, B as in boy etc. I was patient with her and complied, realizing that she took the time to learn my language far more than I know any other language other than my own.

However, when we finally got done with the order including credit card info, she stated that the order wouldn't process.

Total waste of time (30 minutes) calling customer service! Thanked her for her time and bought item for slightly less money at a different merchant.

Horrible customer service

Hello I hate doing this but I was in your cedar hill location today and I walked in looking for some things for my daughter for our vacation. I made eye contact with the manager who was on the phone no big deal I just figured someone would come and ask if I needed help, nobody came to see if I needed anything so I left shaking my head. I come from luxury retail and the first thing you do is acknowledge the client that comes into your store, no matter what youre doing the client comes first I shouldnt have to come up to the counter to ask a question.
