Didn’t get a paper AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I have complained over and over and over again. I know I can look on line but IM PAYING FOR A PRINTED paper!

If your paper person cant deliver the paper he should be let go.

Im sick of complaining about this, I WANT THE PAPER!! !!!

Can't get a human!

Have been trying to contact a human for over a week, same deal EVERY time calling. Call wait time over an hour EACH time and get disconnected when on hold.

Or, I get a message immediately that says 'try back later'. I then went to the website to 'chat' with 'live support' and get this message: All agents are currently assisting other customers, please wait for the next available agent. For a fast and easy resolution, please log into your account to report a missed delivery, enter a vacation hold, or make a payment. Having trouble responding to your chat?

Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to enter your text and then click the SEND button. Have not been able to resolve this subscription issue for my Mom who was recently widowed. None of us should have to go through this stress and extremely ROTTEN service.

Written notification was given over 6 weeks ago to change her subscription (sent along with her prepayment) and she has again been charged full price for a subscription she has cancelled! Greedy money grubbers who put less in the paper every day, not even enough of a paper to wrap your fish guts in!
