How they need to treat customers on phone better and other things!

I am trying to do an interview for a Health Class. I wanted to get this done pretty quickly.

It seems like no matter who I talk to they have no clue on how to get me to the right person. It's like I'm either talking to people who are like chickens with heads cut off or something. A boatload of problems come with this. I reached out to Shelli D and it appeared in email she wanted to help but refused.

I thought being high top priority and solving problems would be the key but it isn't with any customer. I strongly suggest if you're a patient pray for a miracle and get good people in this hospital and kick bad ones who are lazy, not wanting to help, those who hang up on customers including 855 number, those who email but have a wishy washy attitude and those who happen to be Racist out!

Financial Services Department needs help

Had surgery in November. Just got bill last week.

Applied for financial assistance the same day. Already being harassed for being "past due". Good luck getting anyone on the phone. Good luck getting anyone from the patient advocate department to answer or return calls.

I want to pay my bill and make arrangements but they make it impossible. As soon as my income-based balance reduction is made I will be happy to pay, but not one second sooner. Got someone on the phone today, finally, who was terribly rude and unprofessional. I am pretty shaken up about it.

Said everyone suddenly needs financial assistance because of the holiday. Uh...NO, I literally JUST had surgery and JUST got the bill. Accusing me of needing financial assistance because of Christmas - very upsetting.

I am so very sorry my surgery fell at this time of the year and it has no bearing as to my needing financial assistance. The Sisters should be ashamed of this entire process.

On 2/2/18 I went to osf infusion center for a medical treatment I have been going there for about a year there is an emplyee who I call metal mouth because she has braces, she is consisantly rude and unprofessional.
