Refused refund for faulty merchandise

I was sold faulty merchandise and have been unable to get my money back. I purchased outdoor rock speakers online from OSD audio which did not work despite professional installation.

I attempted to obtain a replacement power source to troubleshoot the issue. The company failed to send the part despite multiple requests. Finally I requested a refund, but was denied because it had been longer than 30 days since the purchase. It seemed to make no difference to them that the reason it had been more than 30 days was their own incompetence and complete mishandling of all attempts to fix the problem.

Calls to attempt to resolve these issues were not returned; emails were not answered. My interaction with this company was the worst customer service experience I have had in over 10 years.
