The issue remains unresolved. I initially shared a factual and honest review of the poor quality of service I received from Osaz Sealing. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the concerns professionally, the company responded with a defensive and hostile message—one that included inappropriate remarks, an attempt to intimidate me legally, and even a reference to private personal information, which was completely out of line.
Initially, we had them work on our driveway, and they did a decent job.
Based on that experience, we invited them back for additional work on our front and back pavers specifically grouting and sealing. They assured us the results would be just as good, and I had no reason to doubt them. Osaz, in particular, comes across as sincere, although he tends to talk excessively often about topics unrelated to the work at hand.
The red flags appeared on day one. One of their so-called "specialists" attempted to start the rotating cleaning brush without realizing the generator powering it wasnt on.
Moments later, Osaz arrived with a fuel can, filled the generator, and got the brush running. They began cleaning the pavers, but the process removed a significant amount of grout from the joints. The team returned the next day to redo the grout before proceeding with the sealing.
Thats when things went from bad to worse.
I have never seen a crew so unqualified and incompetent when it comes to this type of work. The job was completely mishandled.
Our red pavers are bordered by black ones, which clearly require two different grout colors beige for the red, and black for the border. Instead, they used a mismatched mix of black and grey polymeric sand that looked terrible. The joints were overfilled and uneven, and they didnt bother to properly clean or separate the two types of grout. Osaz even referred to the poor result as contamination, though he didnt explain what that meant.
I called to voice my concerns and dissatisfaction.
Osaz said he would get back to me, but I never heard from him again. After waiting, I messaged him asking not to return to complete the job. I never received a reply no phone call, no explanation, no effort to correct the issue or protect his companys reputation.
I posted my review on Google, and Osaz replied with a barrage of empty legal threats, personal jabs, and self-congratulatory nonsenseall while failing to take any responsibility for the poor work. But of course, in true one-sided fashion, he removed the Reply button on his response so I could no longer respond or defend myself publicly.
A clear and deliberate move to silence criticism rather than address it with any professionalism or integrity.
Fortunately, I had only agreed to pay upon completion, so no money was lost.
That said, my strong recommendation is to avoid this company for anything beyond basic driveway cleaning and even that is questionable. Their lack of skill, professionalism, and accountability is deeply disappointing.
