Poor customer service and service department

I have been a loyal customer of Or likes appliances for years and have always been pleased with the sales personnel Until now ! It started months ago whe our stove stopped working and have had Orvilles out to service the range They have been out 5 times and replaced countless parts and it is still not working . Weve taken to living with the range quitting and having to be pulled out unplugged and reset to get it working again because quite frankly were fed up with you Now our LG refrigerator purchased in 2018 has stopped cooling and freezing. We called for service last Friday and hadnt received a call back We contacted the store on transit rd and were told we would receive a call back from service When they called we were told they cant service the fridge and to call new leaf New leaf told us they are looking for someone to service our appliance and cant tell us when that will be We have been without the refrigerator since Friday and now want to know what you will do to resolve this Either fix this one or replace it with a new one Please have the owner of the company reach out to me
