Morning. I purchased a pair of Oroton sunglasses from David Jones in the Adelaide Rundle Mall early 2022.
The arms had stretched so I went into Laubman and Park just to see if they could tighten them for me. They showed me that the hinge in the arm had actually broken and that they couldnt be tightened. I went into David Jones and showed them and asked what I could do. They said if I could find my receipt they would send them back to be fixed.
I cannot find my receipt and so Im just asking if there is anything I could do? Regards Yvonne Langford
