Bad customer service
Told me if I ordered 2 products, the third one was free. Never got the third free product.
All I'm getting is run-around emails that are AI-generated. This has been going on for almost 2 months.

I ordered buy two, get one free. I never received the third item, only the two, and the product doesn't do as advertised, so I would like a full refund.
Also, your company took another $69.80 out of my bank account yesterday, and I would like my money returned to my bank account.

I placed an order for 5 items from Oros Clothing company. After 10 days, I received an email that my entire order has been cancelled.
Not a single item that I ordered is, apparently, actually available. Every single item is out of stock. Naturally, the two items that I was supposed to receive for free (hat and a pair of gloves) will also not be sent. I've seen a lot of things when it comes to internet shopping.
However, this is the first time that I placed an order for numerous items, only to be told that not a single one of them is actually available.
It makes me wonder if this company actually sells anything.
At least they promptly refunded my money. I guess thats something.
If you are interested in actually receiving clothing when you place an order, I dont recommend you order from Oros.
