terrible shipping and customer service. ordered a package a year ago and it never came they say i need to file claim with ups but ups says they never received the package and now im out $230 dont order from here.

Never got my order The fact that I have to jump through hoops to find out where the *** my boots are and have no progress for going on three months now I find your company lax and customer service and your product probably sucks too so please either issue me a refund or send me the damn Boots

Order paid and nothing received
I placed an order since December 8, 2023 on Oro Losangeles and when placing the order I made an error on the bilingual address. They still removed the money from my account and then they asked me to send proof to show that it was really my card.
I sent it the same day. And since then I have never received any 'uptate I sent a lot of emails they didn't answer me about this, no response and I received neither the order nor the money.

Company is run by literal thieves who will take your money and either never ship your order or send you something overpriced of subpar quality that does not match the description at all.
