I placed a order on 12/6/2023 i just have a confirmation #DA68EOCF86. they are Personalized Potty Training Girl and Personalized First day of Kindergarten. I received a email it said i left this behind i had 2 items in my cart that i didn't want so i remove them. Now i was just wondering if my order went through.

Tried calling number on website and emailing contact from website and nothing will go through. The packaging was terrible and as the title said two of the three ornaments were broken to pieces.

I ordered a personalized ornament, and when I received it, a piece was broken off. I would like to have this replaced or refund my money. I have emailed help at customer support and called three or four different phone numbers to no avail. I would like my ornament replaced, or a refund immediately!

Didn't receive my ornaments

Ordered 2 ornaments in the week of November 11have heard nothing on . No confirmation, Took money out of account on 11-18 $67.96 and still have no answers.I have emailed at least three times since ordered I just need to be told when they are coming, a receipt, and a tracking number.Pissed consumer suggested I email.

I ordered a personalized ornament for my daughter's choir teacher as the senior class's gift. The ornament came damaged. The personalized was not clear. It looked like it was old and scratched off of the ornament. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response and I cannot find a number to call to reach them. Do not order from this company!D

Cannot connect with them regarding a product I purchased. Shipping shows it showing up in my home town then moving to another town 100 miles away. Shipping has not been updated since November 16th. Tried emailing twice, no response. Tried calling, they do not take phone calls.

I never received two ornaments.

I get my 4 grandchildren a special ornament each year. The boys were ordered several days before the girls. I received the girls and when I went to check on the boys it said I didnt have any orders outstanding. I got my charge bill and the boys had been taken out. I dont want to reorder and be charged again. It will be disappointing on Christmas and the boys will have no ornament.

My order #2122**** I was tracking this order and the information was it had reached my post office in forked River NJ on November 19 then shipped out to Lakewood nj on the same day .as of today it has yet to be delivered. Not happy with my experience

We have not received our order, and we order in November around the 28th. I wonted these ornaments for my grand children. I wont you to give me a refund because I did not get them in time for Christmas . Not happy with my experience. Yvonnie Mott

Did not receive order

My order had an eta of 12/10/22 and to date did not receive Xmas ornaments. When I called Customerservice they had a canned message that they were not taking calls and directed to their website. Also I have no tracking number to check order status.

I am trying to order three ornaments, but it will not allow me to order

I have chosen the ornaments and personalized them, but when I try to go to pay for them, a message comes up that this cannot be processed and you are aware of the problem. I have written in before but all I have been advised is to try a different browser to order (which I did try 3 different browsers to no avail) and the final piece of advise was to just keep trying and maybe the order will go through at some point. Where is the customer service? Do you have someone working on this problem? Please advise. Sharon Caswell
