Horrible customer service, the worst!

3 months ago sent in my 2 account stubs along with one check covering both..they put all the money in one account with a big credit and nothing in the other and started threatening to cut off service to my home for non payment--how stupid is that? 2 months ago I included a letter specifically telling them to fix the problem--crickets...Last month spoke to a supervisor who apologized and said she would fix it--Just now got another call threatening to cut off service if I don't pay... There are really stupid people working in the billing dept OR supervisors don't train staff well OR supervisors are clueless too...If I had a choice in electric companies I would leave them tomorrow, but Republicans in Florida were paid off by the power companies to not allow choice.
