Poor Service
When calling for service department it goes to a recording saying they will call you back which seldom happens.
Finally got through on February 10, 2021 and was told first available service date was April 5, 2021 which I booked.
Called March 31, 2021 to confirm.
After 18 calls someone answered phone and said they could not find that I had a appointment.

To complain about service
Please have someone call me asap. I'm so frustrated and disappointed in the service and the lack of communication and lack of getting things fixed on my brand new seismic 5th wheel.
I'm done with dealing with the GM there. She is rude and doesn't follow through with her word.
I call the dealership now and I'm always put to voicemail. Hmmmmm why's that?

Service Dept
To much to say it all. Very hard to get someone on the phone.
than appointments take a long time. Send someone out looks at problem takes pictures and nothing happens. Haven't had Hot Water for over a month. Also leaks under floor makes part of carpet soaked.
It's a Jayco bought as a year old and been Big problems one after another. The best service man that knows what he is doing and very though with checking everything is Mr.
Valentin. He has been out 2 or 3 times and gets the job done right, Thank God I bought extended warrant also.
Update on Other Reviews I made
Issue still not resolved. They have had my unit since April 25, 2019.
The main slide will still not close. They keep saying it's not their fault but this problem happened while they had the coach. Now have ordered another part and will not be able to put it in because only guy can due it and he is on vacation. So it won't even be worked on again until at least 10 June.
We live in the coach sp this has really disrupted our lives. Very poor, no awful support from management.
Instead of doing the right thing and refund our money, they just blow you off. Very bad place to buy a used unit from.
Well, today is day 8 of what was supposed to be a overnight fix. I got a call tonight at 7pm saying the unit was still not fixed but it was being worked on.
They are taking their sweet time since it is now being paid by extended warranty. No one as usual seems to have a clue what is going on. 8 days since I took it in to have parts they ordered (which were wrong) installed. A new problem pops up every day.
We are full timers so we have not had our "home" for 8 days.
No offer of defraying costs we are incurring. We lost everything we had in the Fridge.
If not for friends I would be in a hotel or as Orlando One offered - "stay in the unit in our repair bay".
Again, PLEASE save yourself a service nightmare and avoid this place like the plague. If you but take it somewhere else to have service done.
Rocky to Smooth In Winter Park
I purchased an Airstream from RV One in Winter Park FL just a few days ago and after a rocky start, I spoke to the onsite manager and she smoothed everything out. My purchase experience ended with an exceptionaly thorough "class" from Andrey.
This is my first trailer and I needed all the help I could get. By the time I left, I was very happy and Andrey kindly helped me through some learning issues later that evening.
Also kudos to my sales guy Brad and the manager, Cindy for quick response to my concerns. Love my Airstream!

After getting the speech on how they are family run and will make it possible for us to have our first camper, I admit, I fell for it ,initially we were told since they do their own financing and write down on paper that they would be able to do $149 a month with $1000 down. We thought great .but after spending two days waiting for them to do the financing we got a call telling us that we would need 5 times that with double the payment.
Waste of my time and disgusted that they would be so untruthful up front!
Thank you for ruining our summer. My son was who was looking forward to our first road trip is crushed.

I have been looking to purchase a RV/ travel trailer for some time and as the other dealers inventory in Orlando isn't within my budget I kept getting drawn back to Orlando RV . I will say that the main reason for my decision is Brody Thompson , Brody diligence and professionalism is more than a 5 star rating ! I was fortunate enough to have made a call to Albany and leave a message for Mr. Mark Strollo and surprisingly he called back. I was very grateful for a man in his position to have taken the time to call me and listen to me , as i feel Dina Kratzer and Brody Thompson should be recognized. I think in today's society we are very quick to lash out over the cyber universe but slow to show praise and gratefulness for one professionalism and help. Mr Strollo and staff @ Orlando RV you are lucky to have two DEDICATED professionals such as Brody and Dina . For anyone who is reading this review i HIGHLY recommend this dealer and these two to handle your future transaction . Thank you !
Fabric Protection Service Review
Buyer beware: fabric protection below standard your better off doing it yourself. If you purchase it ask to be applied in front of you so you know your getting what you paid for.

One Happy Camper!!
I bought a new Entegra Aspire way back in 2011 and they still treat me like I just bought from them. Always doing their best to make room for me. Managers are always willing to talk to me with any issues I might have.
If feel like these guys are part of the family. Always bending over backwards to get anything I need. I know the "Brothers," the owners of this company. Don will always see me and say hi. Ask how my wife is doing, etc.
I know this site is designed to be neg., but there is another side.

Second part of my story
It's me again... the owner of the cut pop up.
My visit was worse then expected !!!! When we got there I was handed the work order. On that work order it shower where RVOne had repaired that cut !!!! THEY KNEW IT WAS THERE !!!
They knew it was there and sold it to me... without my knowledge !!!! They made me wait for authorization.... made me send pictures....
I also noticed I called them July7th, they sent in the word order Aug 5th !!!!!!!! It set somewhere for a month ????? I had a repair bill from Camping World where, on our way to a camp site 3 hours away, the brakes started acting up. Come to find out the wiring was wrong on this brake box.
I'm not sure I understand this because we had already taken this camper out a few times. But that's what the repair man said. And when we left, it was fixed. Two hour wait and $ 109.33 bill.
But to get back to the story,I presented this to RVOne and expected a refund. After all, brakes are not something you can let go and get to them to fix. We have to wait till Mon or Tues for authorization!!! I don't know what their mentality is for customer service, or logic, there just is none.
Before I left there I was so upset I was crying !! How can this happen ?????
I'll be calling someone outside of this store, you can bet on that ! But I will not be stepping foot back into that store!!

We had a bad experience with RVOne in Orlando. Great service till we signed the contract !
They sold us a pop up camper that had a cut in it that had been covered up with some kind of repair gunk. It's taken almost 3 months to get the camper fixed and the worst repair service I have ever received. Granted, it was only a 18,000. sale.
Pennies to them, but the camper is going to be our retirement and this should of been a good experience for us. So far it's been a nightmare. Sorry we went to RVOne.to buy. We will see where it goes from here.

We also purchased a Seismic from Orlando and have had nothing but problems! We went to talk to Cindy today to come to an agreement on repairs.
I ended up picketing in front of the store, sign and all!
If an agreement is not reached tomorrow I will be back everyday I am off work. Five people actually left the lot!
